Abstract

In the contemporary competitive business environment, organizations increasingly rely on intangible assets such as reputation, human capital, and brand perception to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Employer Branding and Employee Advocacy have emerged as two critical strategic tools that influence organizational attractiveness, employee engagement, and market reputation.

The research explores how organizations develop employer brands to attract and retain talent and how employees, acting as advocates, contribute to shaping external perceptions of the organization. A quantitative research approach is adopted, supported by structured questionnaires distributed among employees across service and manufacturing organizations. The study investigates the relationship between employer branding, employee advocacy, organizational reputation, and competitiveness.

Findings indicate that strong employer branding significantly enhances employee satisfaction, commitment, and retention, while employee advocacy strengthens external brand image and customer trust. Together, these factors contribute positively to organizational competitiveness.
