International Journal of Research and Technology (IJRT) is an open-access journal, ensuring that all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide without subscription or access fees. To cover the costs of high-quality editorial work, peer review, online hosting, DOI registration, and long-term archiving, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.
- APC Structure
Standard Research Articles / Review Papers: ₹1500 INR (India) / $40 USD (outside India)
Note: APC amounts can be paid in equivalent local currency based on the current exchange rate.

The APC includes the following services:
Double-blind peer review process
Editorial and production costs
DOI registration via CrossRef
Open-access hosting and long-term archiving
Indexing in academic databases
Layout, formatting, and proofreading services
- Waivers and Discounts
We are committed to supporting authors from low- and middle-income countries as well as early-career researchers.
Full waivers may be granted in exceptional cases upon request.
Partial discounts may be offered based on financial need or institutional agreements.
- Payment Policy
APC is payable only after a manuscript is accepted for publication.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
Detailed payment instructions will be provided along with the acceptance letter.
- Refund Policy
APC is non-refundable once the article has been published.
If an error occurs on our part before publication, a refund may be processed after internal review.
