Abstract

In order to utilize the frequency spectrum efficiently wireless communication system developed an advanced technology of Cognitive radio. As dynamic allocation of spectrum increase the demand of perfect utilization system. As the growth of the radio spectrum depends on how professionally these resources or spectrum are allocated. This paper gives an brief survey of various approaches of different researchers for resource allocation of cognitive network management. Here different basic techniques are also discussed in detail. So main goal is to discuss the fundamental concepts and relevant features of different radio resource management criteria.
