Abstract

In the wake of unprecedented global disruptions, organizations now view recruitment as a critical engine for both survival and growth. The landscape is dramatically different from decades past, shaped by rapid technological innovations, remote work trends, and a renewed focus on inclusion and sustainability. This paper discusses how change leadership, supported by agile recruitment practices, can help organizations transition smoothly through crises and uncertainty. The paper highlight  how new recruiting tools and strategies can support adaptability, ensuring teams remain resilient, productive, and aligned with organizational purpose. The findings offer actionable insights for managers eager to balance people, profit, and planet in today’s global economy (Black 2019).
