Abstract

This study examines the influence of employee-management relations on the quality of work life (QWL) within the banking sector of Haryana, India. Through empirical analysis of survey data from public and private banks, the research identifies how communication, trust, participative decision-making, and conflict resolution between employees and management affect job satisfaction, commitment, and overall work life quality. Findings highlight that positive employee-management relations significantly enhance QWL, leading to improved performance and reduced attrition. The study offers actionable insights for bank leadership on fostering a supportive work environment.
